Duties of the Treasurer are to:

1.  Assure that the duties of the position are performed in accordance with the CACC Treasury Policy -- which is incorporated into these by-laws by reference.  Certain of these duties may be delegated to a third party administrator as determined by the Board, with the continuing oversight of the Treasurer
2.  Account for all financial transactions of the organization, and reconcile the organization's account balance with the organization's bank statement(s)
3.  Report to the Board regularly and to the membership as required, as to the financial status of the organization
4.  Insure that appropriate approval is obtained for the payment of the legitimate expenses of the organization (as provided for in the CACC Treasury Policy)
5.  Invoice members for the annual membership dues
6.  Follow up on delinquent accounts.
