Duties of the Vice-Chairperson are to:

1.  Serve in the absence of the Chairperson
2.  Learn the responsibilities of the Chairperson
3.  Succeed to the position of Chairperson
4.  Perform assignments delegated to him/her
5.  Oversee through the committee chairpersons, the Education and Membership Meeting Committees.
