No section about the CACC would be complete without recognizing Our Founding Members.

Our organization owes a debt of gratitude and appreciation to the people who, back in 1992, with some assistance from the American Compensation Association (now WorldatWork) and The Employers Association, had the vision and the will to plan, assemble and support the creation of the Charlotte Area Compensation Council.  With pride and respect, we list their names and the company they were with at the time:
