The recipient will be selected on the basis of CACC membership standing, scholastic achievement, work experience and a commitment to a career in human resources.  The recipient must be accepted and ready to begin his or her studies within six months following the notification of the award.  The recipient must use the scholarship for professional certification within 12 months of notification of the award.   Evidence of acceptance in an HR-related program of study is required for applicants who are new students.  The panel of judges consists of active members of the Scholarship Selection Committee from the CACC Board of Directors.  This Committee will review all applications submitted and determine the winner.  Applications will not be returned and all decisions are final.
