Hello CACC Members!

I hope everyone enjoyed some time during the holidays, as I know it can be our busy season.  As you are coming back to the start of 2020, be sure to mark your calendar for our member meetings and course offerings.  Both offer an opportunity for networking and development.   We thank you for your continued membership with CACC.   We look forward to seeing you at our first member meeting in February.

In today's world, people are the new best asset, and they are looking for you to bring forth ideas that are fair, provide clarity, and treat them like equals for their contributions to your success.

As your business looks to grow, keeping the right people in place is one of the toughest challenges a business owner will face.

Kevin Monaghan helps owners understand how the 6 pillars of compensation can make a big impact to your culture, retention, and day to day relationships.

Currently based in Charlotte, NC, Kevin owns Intuitive Compensation Group where his company helps business owners around the country navigate Key Employee Retention, Partnership Compensation Strategies and Family Business Transitions.

Mark your calendars and plan to join us for our first member meeting of the new decade on Wednesday, February 5th from 8:30 - 10:30 am at The Employers Association, 3020 W Arrowood Rd, Charlotte, NC 28273.

We look forward to seeing you there!
