As your business looks to grow, keeping the right people in place is one of the toughest challenges a business owner will face.
Kevin Monaghan helps owners understand how the 6 pillars of compensation can make a big impact to your culture, retention, and day to day relationships.
Currently based in Charlotte, NC, Kevin owns Intuitive Compensation Group where his company helps business owners around the country navigate Key Employee Retention, Partnership Compensation Strategies and Family Business Transitions.
Mark your calendars and plan to join us for our first member meeting of the new decade on Wednesday, February 5th from 8:30 - 10:30 am at The Employers Association, 3020 W Arrowood Rd, Charlotte, NC 28273.

Name: Joy-Lynn Tyler Current Role: VP Total Rewards, HIPAA Privacy Officer
Employer: Extended Stay America
Why are you a CACC member?: Membership provides a great opportunity for networking, sharing of best practices, and staying up to date on trends in the market place.
What's your favorite role or project you've worked on during your career?: My favorite role thus far are the role(s) I've had the privilege to hold at Extended Stay America. In addition, I've been able to apply my knowledge and experience across a wide spectrum of the organization, allowing me to be a part of many strategies and projects within the organization outside of HR.
What Total Rewards trend are you closely following?: Pay Equity, sales compensation structures, and technology - in particular - how will technology shape the workforce and how we work in the future?
