From the Chair

Hello CACC Members!

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! It’s hard to believe that we have made it half way through the year.

Remember it’s not too late to register for our July classes if you need any credits to obtain or maintain your WorldatWork CCP. Visit our website: www.caccweb.com for more details.

  • B2: Retirement Plans – Design Considerations & Administration
  • T4: Strategic Communication in Total Rewards

On a separate note, we have retained Pamela Gilreath as CACC’s Administrator! Pam has her own business, Gilreath Virtual Assistance, and we originally engaged her in January 2013. Since then she has done a fantastic job for the CACC board and members.

See you at our September 10 member meeting! We are excited to have Joe DiMisa with Sibson Consulting to discuss Sales Incentive Compensation.

Karly Allison-Poe, CCP®
2014 CACC Chair

Condolences

Our Condolences to Kenny Colbert and his family.

It is with great sadness that we share the recent passing of Kenny Colbert’s daughter, Kenan.  Kenny is a long-standing CACC member, previous Board member, and a regular speaker.  Kenny graciously gives his time to prepare and present a legal update at each of our quarterly member meetings.

Kenan Colbert Koll lived life passionately and our hearts go out to Kenny and his family in this difficult time.

If you would like to express your condolences, cards can be sent to Kenny at The Employers Association at 3020 W. Arrowood Rd.  Charlotte, NC 28273.  In addition, a scholarship is being established in Kenan’s name for deserving high school students.    Memorials may be made in Kenan’s name to the Kenan Koll Cancer Fund at 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, Charleston, SC 29414.
