Mentoring

Mentoring program is in full swing for 2016.  For this quarter, I asked Alyssa Williams, a 'mentee' in this year's program, to provide some feedback on how the program is going.  Her mentor is Deborah Beany.

Here is Alyssa's feedback:

"Deb and I have set-up talk times every month since the 1st meeting. We talk for a couple hours and if I have anything going on at work I share it and ask opinions on her experience with the same challenges and/or best practices. She is awesome and very inspiring. We also talk about her current projects since she is a new business consulting on all things compensation on her own. This program has been a great experience, it doesn't take too much time and I'm learning a lot."

As everyone knows, you only get out of something what you put into it.  Our participants in the mentoring program are still going strong!  If you want to be a part of this year's program, it's not too late to join.  Just reach out to me and I will get you connected with someone as either a mentor or mentee.

2016 Mentoring Director
